Depending on the location and target purchaser, I put together a plan which allows me to utilize the open house as a means of driving the maximum amount of potential purchasers through the front door. I am your voice as I describe your home...and only your home...in addition to other important features including school district, location, etc. I bring detailed brochures, refreshments, pertinent information, and a big smile. I am a skilled sales professional hard at work representing my clients and their homes, not merely a greeter.

After pre-marketing your home to all area Brokers, mailers, and internet, we begin our showings at the "Debut Opening Event."
